     1.      Always unload your gun.

This is the fundamental rule of gun safety. You always have to put your gun on a safe place- away from children who might taught that it was a toy.      2.      Never think of your gun as a toy.

You’ll have to inform them about why it is very important to leave the gun alone. Children must not touch it and you have to instruct them that they should walk away whenever they see a person holding a gun. That simple tool can take away their lives so they really need to be very careful. Similarly, adults at home that are unfamiliar with the proper use of gun have to be instructed too.
